We believe the joy of receiving new artwork begins with the unboxing. That’s why we take great care in packaging every single order from our Horbury studio to ensure it arrives with you in perfect, gallery-ready condition.

For Our Art Prints (Without Mounts)

To ensure they arrive pristine, all our standard art prints are:

Carefully rolled and wrapped in protective, acid-free tissue paper.

Placed inside a super-durable, thick-walled cardboard tube, secured at both ends.

This method is the industry standard for fine art prints, preventing any creases, folds, or corner damage on the journey to your home.

For Our Mounted Prints

For prints ordered with one of our custom mounts, we ship them flat. Each mounted print is:

Enclosed in a clear, protective cello sleeve with backing card.

Packaged securely in a rigid, hard-backed envelope to prevent any bending.

This ensures your mounted piece is ready to be framed or displayed right away.

 

 

Delivery Service: Tracked for Your Peace of Mind

 

We want you to feel confident from the moment you order to the moment your art is on your wall.

Fully Tracked Service: All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

Stay Updated: Once your order is dispatched from our studio, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your parcel's journey and see its estimated delivery date.

Processing Time: Please allow 2-3 working days for us to lovingly print, prepare, and package your order.

Shipping Time (UK): Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days.

(Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods like Christmas or during postal strikes.)
